Received the product, took it out of the box inserted the batteries, but the vehicle will not go forward or backwards

I ordered this toy for my kid and received it last week. I unpacked and set it up yesterday. It is very easy to set up, and one rechargeable battery (and an extra battery) is already included with the product, which is required to run the ambulance. Only separate batteries (which are not included) are needed to operate the remote. This ambulance looks like a real replica, and the siren sounds like the real thing. Operation of the 'remote control' is also very easy. My kid liked it very much. I am satisfied with this toy and am therefore giving it a five out of five rating.

This is a cute little RC car -- though, it's extremely loud and a bit obnoxious, in my opinion. Kids will of course love that kind of thing, so I can't really fault it for that.I can however fault it for another reason: it's a bit of a faker. If you look at the listing pictures, you could easily be fooled into thinking that you're purchasing a Lego product, or at least one of the many, many knock-off "Lego compatible brick" products. That's not at all what this is; while it bears an unmistakable resemblance to Lego bricks -- clearly by design -- it cannot be disassembled, nor are the pegs even remotely the correct size to be compatible with Lego bricks.So if you just want a cute RC car for its own sake, this could fit the bill. Just don't expect the obvious aesthetics influences to mean anything.

Pro's:This ambulance is rad. Box is appetizing - and very colorful. Would work well as gift for someone, as it makes you wanna open it. Very easy construction all you need is a small screw drivers and viola. Ambulance has cool sounds and lights up - and the thing hauls rear. It's got great pickup.Con's:None - this product receives a rare 5 outta 5 Beetle rating.Summary:Can't go wrong with this bad boy! Highly recommend.

My son was disappointed at how small the amulance is, and that all the little figures, carts and equipment in the video are not included. Just know what you're buying. Bummer

Worked for about 5 minutes then the back wheels stopped turning. Sent back and replaced with a different brand.
