My wife loves this thing it works well. The only thing with this unit is the cord will twist its self up and you have to keep untwisting it.

Ok so when I bought this there were several negative reviews about the cord curling up and not allowing the cleaner to reach its full distance potential in pool. As others mine worked good for a little while then it curled and did the same. The reason for this is the copper wiring inside the cord once it curls and reforms the copper wiring it WILL NOT straighten out.I tried a few things to fix, pool noodles, flecks hose etc. the ultimate fix I found is a water hose taped to power cord in cleaner.As in my pics you can see how I assembled it with the hose also adding 12†pieces of floating noodle foam every 4’. Water hose will not float fyi. I’ve had this design going for about 4 weeks now with absolutely zero issues. Finally fixed.

I purchased this pool cleaner based on the reviews and the desire to find a good product that would last more than a year or two. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The unit does a very poor job of cleaning the pool (plaster surface, not tile), leaving dirt and small leaves. It also does not clean the area where the bottom transitions to the walls. This area is a rounded arch, not a 90 degree angle. For over $900, I expected better. Not sure how other reviewers are so pleased with this product. It is easy to use. Does a so-so job of cleaning the walls.

I had an 8 year old dolphin that I used. With that said take care and clean them and they do last and are well worth investment. My old one you needed to turn upside down remove bag and pull off cloth bag to clean. Was easy but messy and was not really a good design took to many steps and cleaning was really a chore now that I have this new one! New design just push a button and run to clean. Much lighter unit and best thing is large capacity debris unit. No turning over unit just snap open debris basket pull out and drop bottom of basket and flush debris away. Too simple not complicated then reinstall. Way easier than previous dolphin unit. I would definitely recommend this for its ease of use and setup. Again take care of unit and it will serve you and your pool many years!

This thing does it all, only knock I have is , it gave my liner some wrinkles because it sucks so good . 33ft above ground pool. Reaches everywhere and does an awesome job

Let me list the problems…cord is twisted constantly and prevents dolphin from extending full length or any length of pool. Have spent countless times trying to slowly manually untwist. Flips over on any slight incline. So if you have ANY change in depth; good luck. Our pool slants deeper in the middle so it never gets to other side and we have to manually remove and put on other side.We had an older model of this dolphin and loved it. Lasted years. Never tipped over. Cartridges were harder to clean on each side, but at least it did the job ; this one the center cartridge is easier to clean, but it’s worthless when it comes to cleankng. I have to run this at least 3 to 4 times and still have dirt in the corners.Paid more money and so disappointed. Never worked from the beginning.

This robot will clean your pool well, a 15k Gallons will usually be cleaned with 2-3 hours.It does not work on steps or in the spa area so the spa needs to be vacuumed using your pool hose and you will need to brush the steps to push the dirt towards the flat bottom on pool so it cleans it.On mine I could not connect Bluetooth to use the app, could select a half cycle to do just the floors rather then wall and floors and could not click on the delay cleaning to get it cleaning past “X†hours.So it works, but not as promised and as other customers related their customer service is bad, they haven’t returned my email with any answer.

It’s pretty good, cleans pool floor well . Not sure about wall cleaning yet. I’m happy with it. Easy to clean filter is a huge bonus. Found this on uk website after returning same cleaner to USA as didn’t work and £200 more.

Hace lo que prometen :Limpia fondo y paredes, limpia un escalón de la altura que sea, no lo hace con varios escalones, el filtrado es fino, será necesario compar el filtro ultra fino para hacerlo más eficiente, definitivamente las algas no las filtra, es conveniente utilizar el sistema de filtrado de la alberca para que sea más eficiente.La programación semanal es muy útil.No limpia todas las paredes en cada ciclo.Le pongo 5 estrellas porque aunque tiene algunas áreas de oportunidad, con todo el protocolo de quÃmicos y estrecha vigilan permanece cristalina mi piscina, mi experiencia ya es de 2 años con el aparato.
