Very sturdy, very easy to assemble. Clear instructions and high quality construction. It might help if the protective plastic was easier to remove but otherwise this is an excellent product.

Let me begin with their customer service is a 5 star. Had a question before I purchased and they answered in a timely fashion and also had a defective handle, picture attached, and they had a replacement coming my way in 24 hours. Came from China and was here in 3 days. Now the reason I did not give a 5 star. If the customer service was not so great I would give a 3 star just based of quality of product. The base is the problem. It is a plastic base and it is not made very rigid. So when you assemble you will have fun screwing on the sides and everything wobbling around. Also because it is a flimsy base you will have some gaps between the sheet metal sides and the base. Time will tell but pretty sure insects and such will find their way easily. Picture attached looking down inside and you can see the gap. You will have that in several spots and there is no way to adjust it to get rid of that. I am thinking of using some flexseal if it becomes a problem. Like I said time will tell. They were responsive about the handle, but the main question is why did the person packing the bag even pack that handle. Pretty obvious it was defective as it was missing the ear on one side. Once you get it together it is robust. I don’t have this sitting on a deck for everyone to see, but if I did I would not want to leave the plastic on like they suggest. It looks bad with the plastic on. There was also a misprint in the instructions. The screw and the spacers that attach the shock was labeled wrong so when I tried to put the screw it called for it was to short and I could not get the screw to screw in. I cut the spacers in half to try to get it to work. I then realized the misprint. Even after that though the screw it called for would be too long. Not devastating, but an issue. Also once assembled the latch will not match up. I tried bending, twisting the top, but to no avail. Just won’t be able to lock it. I waited to post this as I also wanted to have some rain to see how waterproof it was, since it does have the gaps at the bottom. We have had some rain, no gully washers, but so far it has remained dry inside.

Very sturdy and great size ! The directions are confusing and assembly tedious. we assemble many projects - not new to assembly. This one took 5 hours- many small screws - start this on a low table to be able to reach into tight areas. Finally constructed and we do like the results. Sturdy but not to heavy. Rollers on the bottom and handles. We had trouble with resin boxes warping on our south facing deck - this seems like a good choice so far. We will see how long the steel lasts as far as corrosion goes, but for the moment we are happy with the product.
