Installation Steps
1. Take out the hole saw drill bit and adapt it to your power drill tool.
2.Measure and mark the peephole location you want to install, and it's suggested to use a more powerful drill that will drill faster.
3.Use hole saw to drill hole vertically in the door and it's suggested to do slowly for several times to avoid door cracking.
4.The door viewers with built-in threads and turning the door viewers to split out the front and back ends.
5.Insert the front end of the door viewer through the outside of the door into the hole.
6.Insert the back end of the door viewer through the door in another side.
7.Use a coin or screwdriver to tighten the door viewers both ends by rotating them against the slots so that they are sealed and fixed.
8.Finally, wipe the surface of door viewers to make it clearer, the installation is completed.

Came with clear instructions and drill bit. Not all home improvement projects easy, this install was. Was concerned the bit wouldn't drill through metal, it did with harder pressure and higher speed. Also I was able to move the bit out of drill further and saw hole through both sides thereby marking exterior side and a completely perfect saw through. Great product at great price. Now I can see rear of property without going outside. Thank you.

I loved how quick and easy it was to put in a peephole in my metal door. This worked really well, Only took 3 or 4 minutes for both sides to be installed.

The plastic viewer was made of cheap plastic and popped out within 2 days and fell on the floor. Got searched and lost it's focus. EDIT replacement came pre scratched on the interior lense. Very poor image, have to return.
