The stock knob that came with my Fender Telecaster was black and kept falling off. This has a nice tight fit plus the chrome matches the volume and tone knobs.

These have two different “slots†in them, for two different switch tip stems - if it slides on loose when you try it, then just slide it back off and turn it 45*, then you will need to really press it on to the stem. I removed the chrome “Tele clone†knobs that came with the guitar and went for an art deco look with these ebony D’Angelico knobs instead, and these chrome switch tips add in a more deco appearance than the black tip that was on it before, just what I was looking for ðŸ˜ðŸ‘ðŸ»

Perfect replacement for the absolute trash G&L has stock on their American made ASAT Blues Boy. If you hate the top hat look get these.

The knob fit perfectly on a Fender Telecaster 3-way switch. The chrome blends better than the chrome hardware (better than the original standard black knob).
