This was used on my 1998 Toyota Tacoma with the 3RZ-FE 4 cylinder. Belt closest to the radiator that goes around the power steering pump. This pully sits to the left of it in front of the valve cover on top. easy to swap and a perfect fit.

You can buy the pulley by itself, but for the small price difference, you’ll get the whole assembly and not have to deal with removing the pulley from the bracket and a seized or rusted adjustment screw.Recommend, even as a spare!
