It was very difficult to find parts for such an old truck but luckily I was able to with the help of Amazon! These fit in the hole and were perfect. It allowed me to fix my headlight. I am very grateful I didn't have to pay a mechanic to fix something so small :)

I have a 1995 Ford B800 and wanted to replace the old H6054 sealed beam hadlamps with newer Hella H4 conversions for an upgrade in brightness. Since the H4 conversions came with new buckets, I figured I'd go ahead and replace everything around the headlamp too, which was the right call because it was all rusted out and the existing adjusters were useless. In preparation for the change, I ordered a pair of these and a pair of the Dorman 42161 adjusters as I wasn't sure which would fit for my application. I saw a review for the 42161s that mentioned they worked on a 98 Ford, but these looked closer to the original part. For five bucks a set I figured I'd order both and couldn't go wrong. Turns out they both worked, and I used both sets to replace the four adjusters on the bus, but these were slightly wider than the 42161s and fit just slightly better. Can't comment on the long term quality, but hopefully these will be a set-and-forget for quite a few years. If I was more worried about corrosion I probably would have applied grease or anti-sieze to the threads, but it's a California car now and we don't see too much in the way of serious rust out here.TL;DR: These work great in 1995 Ford medium duty buses and trucks with cowl hoods. Cheers!

If you are buying these for a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, be aware that the snap-in plastic screw-bases are not replaceable on the Jeep Cherokee unless you take the entire front end apart to get to the back of them. There is no way to get the old ones out otherwise. -- However, if the screw-bases are still in good shape, but the factory adjustment screw heads have stripped out, then these replacements adjustment screws are exactly what you need. -- They are much more stout than the factory screws, and have a Phillips head instead of the star-head on the factory screws that very easily get stripped out. Whatever the factory was thinking with using such extremely flimsy star-head adjustment screws is anyone's guess, but these replacement screws are much higher quality and will definitely last the life of your Cherokee from now on.(And you have an extra set of new screw bases - in case you ever have the entire front end disassembled and have the opportunity to replace them)

This is one of those parts that you don't ever think about replacing until it breaks.Or when you are replacing headlights and you can't adjust them. Mine where 20 years old.
