I put this part on my 07 Chevy 3500 Classic. This fit perfectly and was pretty easy to change. Just check out a Youtube video. The only problem I had was that this one did not have a port for the fluid level sensor. I just used a step bit to drill the appropriate sized hole in it and popped it in. It is so nice to have washer fluid again!

First of all, Dorman makes good products for our GM vehicles. I have a 2006 sierra 1500HD Perfect fit, comes with all you see in the description. I had to tap a hole for the (low washer fluid) sensor but it dose have a small pre hole for perfect fit.Youtube mechanic....
