Received this product yesterday and I installed it in less than 30 minutes. Had to have this because winter is on the way and I have been using Rain X fluid to help melt the ice and snow during winter months.

My application is a 2003 Chevy trailblazer LT option package. This reservoir/tank fits and works but be ready for a few things: 1. The hole for the washer level sensor in the new reservoir is ~1/16 larger than the same hole in the original tank. Net result here is the old sensor grommet is too small to seal at all and that sensor and grommet are VERY DIFFICULT to come by. I ended up modifying/removing the center from the plug that came with the new tank so it would work with the sensor. Worked OK and sealed with a little RTV sealant, so don't throw away or lose those plugs supplied with the new tank. 2. MAKE SURE to remove and apply a small amount of RTV sealer in the groove of any of the plugs supplied that are used to plug holes not used for your application. If you don't apply sealer and let it set up, those plugs/holes will seep/leak! 3. Be prepared to slot the 3 holes in the airbox that cover that covers/attaches to/finish this assembly. The attachment holes are drilled slightly different than the OE tank, but it's nothing that a round file or small burr on a drill won't fix.The manufacturer, (Dorman), could improve this part by sending along any possible grommet needed. That would cost just a few $$ more to do that and save time and frustration trying to make something work.

After unit was installed and filled, found it was leaking from grommet, had to remove and repair on my dime. Poor quality control should of been tested before sent out by manufacturer. Who pays for my time doing the job twice and repairing the leak???
