Photo is of old unit for reference.Everything was great until I was trying to thread the last nut on top front of manifold. The new manifold did NOT have the bevel in the heat shield like the old one pictured here. You will need to put a bevel in the heat shield BEFORE installing.

perfect fit and replacement for a cracked manifold. The price is great as it would cost just about the same to get a used one from a salvage yard which could later crack easily. Its definitely nice to have a new part in place

I installed this on my 2010 ford F150 5.4 even though Amazon said it was not fit. Before installation you may have to tweak the heatshield some to insure the installation of the mounting nuts and a socket. I had it mounted on the head and a few nuts installed but the front lower 3 nuts I could not install due to the heatshield being in the way. I had to remove it and tweak the heat shield some to give more room to install the nuts and a 13 mm socket. I highly recommend using the Dorman 03412 copper coated stainless steel studs so you never have to do this repair again

These are good manifolds,Changed my manifolds July 23, 2023 and my 2010 F150 HD drives well till date.Only thing I added was I bought extra studs and nut.
