Excellent company. Doesn't fit a Ford Fusion 2007. Originally "Amazon Fit" stated it did. And now it says, "Cannot confirm fit". I can indeed confirm... it does not fit correctly. Motorcraft EC759 Oil Cap: This cap fits a 2007 Ford Fusion correctly.

“Make sure this fits your vehicle” feature failed. It said this item was a fit, but it wouldn’t even fit into the oil fill tube, too big. And the threads are wrong. Maybe fits in a Chinese f150? Sending back.

Bought this as a replacement for my 2010 Ford F-150 after losing my stock one. Couldn’t tell the difference from a Ford OEM and this one. Only difference between the two is, this one is a lot cheaper and has the same quality. Would buy again.

I bought this for my 1997 Ford Explorer after specifically searching for this one, as both my son and my husband have the exact same SUV, just different colors. (Bought the second one to use to fix the first, but it ended up being a fully loaded Eddie Bauer edition with a beautiful interior... So then we then ended up having TWO 1997 Ford Explorers to fix 🙄 🤦‍♀️ 😅.After looking at the various options on Amazon and Ebay, I chose this one due to the the fact that it had a green note on the ad saying "This will fit a 1997 Ford Explorer", with a green checkmark on the ad (or something extremely close to that anyways).Waited for it, got it, went to put it in our sons SUV, and it does NOT, in fact, fit a 1997 Ford Explorer 🙃.I phoned in to start the return and refund process as well as to file a complaint about the misleading ad. I also wanted to make sure I wasn'tgoing to be charged the return fee that they make the customer pay if they are found to be at fault for the return. Their ad was incorrectly listed as a part for my make of vehicle, so, the return was therfore their fault meaning the return cost should be theirs, as well. The customer service agent was excellent to deal with, extremely kind, polite, fast, and efficient. I wish I could give his boss a review for his service as he would get 5 stars for just that part of the transaction. When I asked how to do the return of the cap, he said that was not necessary and the company wouldn't been needing me to send it back. (I'm assuming it wasn't worth the shipping and work to process it's return.) Also, I was suprised and pleased to find out my refund had been deposited into my bank the next morning, so in less than 24 hours of my call I had my money back. Had I needed it back first before being able to purchase the right one, that would have been so appreciated, so that was really great! In this economy, I'm sure many people need their refund money back before being able to replace their item so Amazon is definitely getting 5 stars for being so fast and efficient when dealing with returns!I found it nice to not have to deal with the return process and I now have a free oil cap, however, I have no idea what vehicle it would actually fit to even give it away to someone. I just threw it into the box I keep to put stuff in to donate to the thrift store, once it's full. Usually I fill the box every 2 or 3 months so if anyone comes over between now and when I take it in, and they want to see if it fits their vehicle, they are welcome to take it if it does. Otherwise, it can go sit on the shelf at the charity shop, until someone recognizes it as one that will fit their old girl, as I'm certain it's for a 90s vehicle from the style of it.So I'm giving one star due to the ad being listed for the wrong part, making it completely useless to me. However, the part itself seems sturdy and looks nice. The paint is bright and it is a very smart idea that they wrote the type of oil to use for the vehicle it fits. This would be so beneficial to a young, new driver, who is just learning and beginning to do their vehicles maintenance. Amazon also would get 5 stars for their customer service and refund process. I definitely find myself using them more and more with their great service and the convenience of not having to deal with people and traffic at their cheap prices and great selection as well. Living in a small town, I would have to order my vehicles specific cap to one of our local auto shops, it would probably take at least 3 to 4 days minimum and likely be very pricey compared to if I got one from the city of Edmonton which is only 1.5 hours away, and Amazon is even cheaper than that, especially if you factor in gasoline and your time shopping around. Amazon would get 5 stars if it hadn't been for the fact that it's the completely wrong part.
