Install was quick and easy on my 2001 Ford F250. I already knew how to disassemble the door panel, so that didn't slow me down. Fits perfectly, works great.

They work good they're in an expensive replacement part but if I ever have to replace them again I think I'll go back to the dealer and get a factory part

The truck is an '08, the OEM lasted 16 years, this part failed in less than 4 months. Dorman, in the past,made good enough replacement parts, I guess they've changed there ways.

Seems to be an exact OEM replacement for my single cab 2003 Super Duty F-350 5.4L. Note: will require a 7mm and a 5.5mm socket for the door panel and speaker. I think it was a 7/16 for the nuts related directly to the part. I found all necessary information on YouTube.

This fits my ford truck beautifully. As mentioned by others, the throw is a little shorter than original but not by much. The main squeaky nice while opening my driver door is eliminated. The truck door feels like brand new.
