Good quality and value. This fit perfectly on my 1988 K1500 Scottsdale# 5.7 liter, standard cab, full size bed, 4x4. I bench bled the master cylinder, on the recommendation of a parts store guy, when buying a bleeding kit and the hose assembly that goes between this and the master cylinder. I highly recommend bench bleeding, especially if doing this on your own. Also recommended buying the hose assembly and bleeding kit at the same time...you'll need it. The old hose/tube ends were seized at both ends and I had to twist them off, to remove the master and slave assemblies. I am glad that I didn't buy the pre-bled master/slave set that comes with assembled with the hose assembly, because unless you drop the clutch and/or engine assembly, I don't think you could get the hose routed without taking them apart.

Perfect. If you're going to replace this you may as well replace the master cylinder for the price.

as soon as i got it out of the box it was seized. took me 1 whole hour to get it to break loose. once i got it in the truck the engagement is so off that it won’t even let me put my truck in gear. not even a little bit, when fully blead. it doesn’t even wanna disengage past halfway up the pedal. i have to pull it up with my hand. couldn’t even get by with using my foot. i learned my lesson on trying to be cheap. you’d be lucky to get a slave like this one that hasn’t sat in a warehouse for what seems like 5+ years or made cheaply from this manufacturer.
