A while ago my front passenger-side brakes were locking up. I replaced the brake pads, rotor, and caliper. It ended up being the brake hose causing the locking up. So when my front driver-side brakes started locking up, I bought only this inexpensive brake hose and replaced it. A perfect fit and it solved my problem! I have since found out this is a typical problem with JK's.

My JK had symptoms of frozen caliper. I decided to replace the four main elements since the parts costs are reasonable and replacing everything means not risking doubling or tripling up on labor. So I replaced pads, rotors, calipers and hoses.These hoses look to be as good a quality as OEM. All the attachment points were in the right place, as was main center attachment. This also came with copper washers.I have been happy with about 90% of Dorman stuff I have gotten.

Parts was easy to install with no fitment issue. The only original part I had to use was a clip on the original line that bolts to the frame which was easy to remove and placed on new hose.

My brother was having an issue with the LF brake not releasing and overheating the rotor. After some quick troubleshooting, I found the hose was not allowing the brake fluid to travel back to the reservoir. This part was a cheap fix and got him back on the road with no issues.

It fits perfect. The bracket near the shock is little bigger but can set with little push leveraged by screw driver. I might give 5 stars if I had the copper washer as shown in the picture.
