This double sided carpet tape is very sticky. Not good for vinyl runner it sticks to carpet but won’t hold.

I really didn't expect this product to work as well as it does. I've taped a rug over a rug and it worked beautifully. No gapping or coming unstuck. It was also very easy to work with. You know how tape or ribbon will twist and turn if you get too long a piece. Not this stuff. I only had one little hiccup when trying to remove the second side of the tape paper on a longish piece and given that there was no issue anywhere else I feel like that was probably user error.

This tape works. The problem is I put it on a long runner in our breezeway. I thought I had it down perfectly but I have high spots and it isn't going anywhere. In the spring I will put it up. Hopefully it will come up for me.

This is very good carpet tape. We needed it to lock down a new 12’x10’ rug in a living area over a wood floor. Everything we have purchased in the past doesn’t hold well, especially with a 10-year-old and 90 pound dog running all over the place. After over 1 month of use, I’m happy to report the rug is rock solid as the day I taped it.

I bought this tape to tape the bottom of 2 rugs in my daughter's room as it was cheaper to get 2 rugs than 1 large one. Shortly after my husband wanted double sided tape for part of the tailgate on his truck came off and it worked. Point to note, we attached the tape in the middle of winter, a blistering cold day and it worked. I also attached it to the bottom of my couch feet so it won't move around and it worked. This tape is amazing.
