This tape IS sticky, and strong. It is NOT reusable, as we found out when my daughter wanted to move a poster we hung with it to a different spot. When we pulled it off the wall, THE PAINT CAME WITH IT!! And when we then tried removing it from the poster, it tore the poster and we had to buy a replacement. That wasn't an isolated instance. I had hung a frame with it on a different wall (it's strong enough for that). But when I tried removing the frame to change the picture in it, THE WALL PAINT CAME OFF WITH IT!!! Unfortunately these walls were painted before I bought the house and I have no idea what color they are and have no way to buy touch-up paint to cover them. There are better products than this, that ARE removeable, and possibly re-usable. Don't use this tape unless your application is meant to be permanent, or doesn't involve a surface that can be damaged by strong tape.

I’ve been using this double sided tape for table decorations. This tape has securely held candy bowls, candy jars, flower vases, and picture frames, balloon centerpieces securely. I’ve even used it to hang a curtain on a wall. Upon removal from the wall, there was no residue or damage left to the wall; didn’t even need to use rubbing alcohol to remove from the wall, I made sure I removed it slowly and gently, though. I’ve even started to use this at home for random projects. A little bit of the tape goes a long way.
