Great product but the seller jacked up the price over the last month. It is $22 at the local hardware store.

Same rollers sold and recommended at my local Sherwin Williams store at a significantly cheaper price. Holds a good amount of paint without much splatter. Most recent use was with SW Interior Emerald line - matte finish...worked great. I like to get at least a couple uses out of a roller and I can say these clean up pretty easy and still work great on at least the second use.

Purdy rollers are THE BEST. Nothing else compares to or holds up as well as a Purdy roller. I have used these for years and as a Pro I can tell you these are the BEST. And Amazon's price is similar to the big box stores and comes the next day saving you a trip across town.

I had no problems with these rollers. They worked well and no lint came off of them. Paint went on the walls clean with no lint.

3/8" is for "Smooth to Semi-Smooth" surface. I disagree. I paint with quality paint, and I like my finish to be as smooth as one would expect with latex paint on drywall. The nap on these rollers, at 3/8" gives a semi-smooth finish. They hold LOTS of paint and you need to be able to control your roller fill to not overload the roller. I'm afraid a less experienced painter would make a mess of their project with these rollers and probably would be happier with 1/4" nap. I've always used 3/8" and just don't remember the heavy saturation level. Next project I paint I'll be more conscious of comparing 1/4" vs 3/8" in a store before I make a quantity purchase from Amazon.

Compared to dollar store covers, these are very good, not sure about other brands covers as I always used cheap covers.

These roller covers are simply the best and to find a package of 6 at this price is a really good buy. My only complaint is that the packaging and/or the storage of these covers, caused them to lose their round shape. Out of the package, they were square. It took a couple of rolls, before they regained their proper shape.

I have been using the Purdy White Dove rollers for painting rooms in the house over the past two years and have been pleased with them. So when I saw this six pack of the rollers, I jumped at it. The rollers themselves are fine, but they are just a little shorter than the rollers bought in a three pack. They dont reach the end of my 9" roller and there is about a 1/2" gap. This doesnt matter too much as long as you dont try to force it all the way to the end of the roller, but it is odd.
