Really impressed initially with this chair. Easy set up only took 30 min by myself and wasn't painful, instructions are great!Pros:- recline function feels very very good. Main reason why I bought this version. Seems solid support granted I'm pretty light weight I'm 5'10" 130 lbs.- raise / lower function works great too.- like how it comes with lumbar and head pillows. They feel cheap but make the overall sitting experience more comfortable. I was using a random pillow for lumbar on my old chair and this feels better bc it matches the chair.- material is comfortable enough. Wasnt expecting anything super luxorious but it's as comfortable or better than a Comparibly priced Amazon basics chair.Cons:- the footrest isn't the smoothest experience it gets sticky when I slide it in and out. Minor complaint as it's still usable for me. I'm not sure if a bigger person would find it too flimsy thought but it worms for me if I want to watch or play games and put my feet up.Middle:- massage pillow isn't really useful so not a buying point. More like they threw it in for free so I appreciate it. It's powered by usb a. So u have to plug it into a power bank or your computer.Overall a huge upgrade from my Amazon basics chair.

This is my first ever “gaming chair” I’ve been playing on console for over a decade and never made the investment until now- so I took my time in making a decision. This chair has honestly been an incredible upgrade from my ugly, worn, hand-me-down office chair(Pictured). Its surprisingly wide and spacious for not being a “big & tall” category chair. This is nice for me as I often like to cross my legs in the chair when I play. The wheels have a smooth glide and the chair itself is very sturdy. I’m a heavier fella and it doesn’t flex under me when I plop on down. The seat cushion is very comfortable without it being too soft or too firm, and the chair has a nice range of adjustability . For the most part the assembly was easy and straightforward. The directions weren’t always super detailed but as long as you have common sense and can follow the diagrams it’s a fairly quick build. Took me maybe 20-30 minutes by myself. Now I did notice a few minor marks on a couple of spots on the chair (pictured). Not sure if it’s from shipping or missed in quality inspection but it’s not noticeable unless you’re actually looking for it. The “massage” lumbar is more of a “vibrating” lumbar so if that’s a huge feature for you I’d look elsewhere. There are a few parts (like the leg rest) that don’t exactly look perfectly symmetrical (Pictured) - but again that’s not noticeable unless your either looking for it, or slightly OCD like me. For the money I feel satisfied with the quality and features and I would honestly buy it again. Overall a good investment. Thank you for coming to my TEDtalk.

The leg rest is a great idea and very quick to flip up so you can prop up. The chair is very comfortable, the back also recliner which is helpful. All in all is was super quick to assemble and packaged secure.

Got two of these chairs and 7 months later one chair has already completely broke. The arm snapped clean off and it’s not used as a jungle gym. Have to constantly adjust and tighten the back of the chair. I give it they look good but half a year use only is a waste.

ゲーミングチェアとありましたが、我が家はリビングのダイニングチェアとしての買い替えです。お店にも行って色々と試しましたが、どれがいいのか分からず、散々迷ったあげく座ってもいないこの商品をポチッとしてしまいました。組み立てるこが出来るのかどんな質感なのか届くまでは不安はありましたが、完成した瞬間そんな不安は吹っ飛びました。あ〜買って良かったポチッとして良かったと喜びに変わりました。商品はと言うと、大きな大きな箱📦で玄関に届きました。今までかつて買ったことのないサイズです。それぞれパーツごとに出していき、説明書を見ながらの組み立てです。少し分かりづらい所もありましたが、１時間もかからない程度で組み立てることが出来ました。完成したらもう最高です。座り心地、見た目、生地の質感、あとお値段すべてにおいて納得いくものでした。リビングにどうなのかダイニングテーブルでも使えるのかと思いましたが、チェアの高さ調節が出来るので問題なく、色も茶色を選んだので馴染んでいると思います。もう一つ買おうかと思うくらいです。よい商品🪑を購入しました。

配達を玄関までしてもらったので、そこでダンボールを開封し、少しずつ部屋まで力があまりない私でもなんとかなりました。組み立てもそこまで難しくはないですが、力も多少必要で休み休みでしたが1時間半弱で完了しました。

組み立てていったら、オットマンのネジが1本不足しているのに気が付きました。部品が不足しているなんて最悪です。ネジ1本欲しいです。

本社・日本支店・Ａｍａｚｏｎアフターサービスのメールアドレスにまとめて連絡しましたが、全部メーラーデーモンから返ってきてしまいました。つまり保障は何も受けられないということでは…。ダメ元で公式ＨＰにあったgmailアドレスに問い合わせたところ、個別にパーツを送っていただけるそうです。よかった。ついでにLINEも登録しましたが、メニュー等どこにもない表示されてないのに「メニューから問い合わせてください」のメッセージが…。YouTubeのレビューやTwitterで提供してもらった人の投稿をみて安いなりのクオリティだけど信頼できそうだなと選び、説明書も読めばわかるので私の評価は良いぞ！と思いながら作っていたのに、かなりショックです。最初に部品がすべてあることを表で確認したのに、なんと一覧表にない部品が足りませんでした。フットレストのレールをガイドに通した後に固定するための金具？があるようなのですが、どこにもありませんでした。組み立ててしまうと脚部をバラすことができず、Ａｍａｚｏｎの返品交換はハコに入りきらなくなるので使うことができません。困った……。こうなってくると、安さなりで気にしなくていいかなとおもったアームレストの汚れや金具のハゲ具合も全部気に入らなくなってきます。もしパーツがすべてそろっていて、問い合わせのメールも届くのなら値段なりの評価も含め★５だったと思います。
