These were perfect for teaching magnetism to my students. They are strong enough to make a metal nail become magnetic as well as putting paper clips on the top of a paper plate while moving the magnet underneath to make them move,

These magnets are exactly as advertised - solid metal bar magnets, with large, easy-to-read engraved polarity markings. Be aware that they have somewhat sharp edges and corners (possibly a problem for very young children). Note that "Alnico" magnets like these are not very strong compared to the many "Rare Earth" magnets now available. These are easy and safe to handle (they won't 'snap' together and pinch skin like the RE magnets), but they will barely hold their own weight on a smooth refrigerator door. These are indicator magnets, not working magnets.

Brought these so i would know the pole of my other magnets. But I do find that these are a little weak and strength

These are great. They are exactly what I needed to teach my kids about magnets. They are strong clearly labeled.

I was looking for strong, affordable magnets for science experiments with my child. These magnets were perfect. My elementary school student was able to separate them but they were strong enough to show attraction and repelling, discuss magnetic poles and even make a compass.

I use these to help attack magnets to my plastic 28mm miniatures. Before I had these magnets I messed up on a figure because I couldn’t keep north and south straight at all- or at all. Once I had these, I could set on standardizing which poles go where on the models. Not the strongest magnets, but perfect for what I am doing.
