The Level T Nipple offers a more gradual transition for breastfed babies who have graduated from Preemie Flow but are not quite ready for Level 1. This nipple is also great for any baby who simply prefers a slower flow! Each Level T Nipple provides the same consistent flow rate, so both you and baby know what to expect. Together with the anti-colic internal vent system, the Level T Nipple provides a controlled flow so babies feed at their own pace. This vacuum-free feeding helps digestion for a good night’s sleep. Dr. Brown's bottles are proven to help preserve bottle milk nutrients and are known for reducing colic, spit-up, burping and gas. My 5 week old was constantly having issues with drinking so fast that he would aspirate and start choking with the level 1 nipples. It didn’t matter what position he was in and even doing baby paced feeding methods barely helped the issue. He would be gulping so fast that he would have to stop after a few gulps to breathe and few tikes before stopping. He was taking in so much air doing it this way that his stomach would bloat quickly. I happened to be scrolling on Amazon to try and find something to help this and came across these T flow nipples. His pace has slowed down to a much more reasonable rate. He still had the occasional spill down his face but nothing like what was happening with the level 1 nipples. And he’s not gasping for air or choking now. It takes him a little longer to drink his bottle but not more than just a couple extra minutes. I’m very happy I found these and plan to continue using them until he can learn to better handle level 1 nipples again. Would highly recommend for anyone who has the same issues with their newborn.

Works great for my daughter. She can switch from breast to bottle naturally with these and the lighter flow helped keep her from choking or developing a flow preference.

The transitional nipple was recommended by our Children’s hospital for my daughter who was born prematurely. She was born with Pierre Robin Sequence and had mandible distraction. These nipples in addition to the Dr.Brown’s speciality feeder allowed my daughter to be bottle fed without aspiration. The quality is good and they do not leak with our preexisting Dr. Brown’s bottles. I have ordered this item twice.

Was told to get the level T bc our baby was small not quite 6 lbs and 2 weeks early. They worked perfectly for her, good quality. Loved the Dr. Brown bottles and nipples.

My baby had a tongue and lip tie release and had a really hard time feeding with the level 1’s that come with the bottles. The level T is the perfect flow for my baby. There is no leakage and no choking or coughing when feeding with these nipples.

I was SO happy to find out about these Level T nipples. Preemie were too slow for my baby and Level 1 were too fast. She did great with Level T from birth to two months! Perfect flow!

They work great and we still use doctor brown, just in cups now. The size was prefect for my baby and the flow was similar to breastfeeding.

How did I not know of these!? They are perfect for my babe. The P once’s were starting to get noticeably annoying for Abby having to suck almost too hard abut the 1’s still dribble a little too much for my liking! These are the perfect middle spot! So glad I found these as an option!
