When I had my first baby 5 years ago, I tried using this bottle but I was disappointed with it because everytime I used it, it would leak somehow. With my second baby, I was forced to use it since baby ended up being in the NICU due to a feeding issue & got used to the Dr. Brown’s bottles used there.The hospital gave us the narrow-neck bottle for use when at home. I was annoyed because again every time I used it, it leaked again. I knew I was doing something wrong. I realized from reading the reviews that the green insert is what causes the problem. Every time I would warm the bottle with the green insert in, all the milk in the bottle would come out of the bottle and into the warmer…I guess it creates some sort of pressure. After I started warming the bottle without the green insert, everything has been good! The bottle really helps reduce the air & as a result baby is not fussy.I also like the fact that the bottles are budget friendly. I know a lot of folks complain that there are a lot of parts to wash, which I totally agree with, but I intend to eventually use the bottled without the green insert so that baby is used to drinking milk normally.

These bottles are great. At the hospital the first question the lactation consultant had for me was did you buy Dr Browns bottles. They slow the feeding down a bit according to the hospital and are the best bottles out there.The only thing I will say about them is you have to be careful when using them. If you do not screw on the top all the way you’ll have milk everywhere. (Easy to do at first) The other thing that can cause spills is the bottle warmer. Make sure you do not put these on the bottle warmer with the top screwed on all the way. If you do the milk will get sucked up the straw and also spill everywhere. It says it on their website too but like many others my first instinct was not to look for bottle instructions.

These work so well for gas! They are a pain to wash because of all the pieces, but are so worth it because your baby will be happier!

I love the Dr. Browns bottles, BUT there are some things I would like to change. I've noticed with the wide mouth bottles, they tend to leak of the round air flow system isn't perfectly flush with the actual bottle- even when it's underfilled (not filled to the max line). cleaning could be easier- I had found some left over milk residue on the (again) round air flow system hiding in the crevices. but overall, I would not change my bottles preference. I do appreciate the different sizes that these bottles come in (skinny 4oz & 8oz, wide 5oz & 9oz). My son has larger lips and I find that he has a better time latching to the wide mouth nipples versus the skinny nips.

We LOVE these bottles and I can't say enough great things about them - however - if you don't have the lid on super tight then they can leak. But you have to be careful about over tightening because that is absolutely a thing too! We used these for months but have also switched to the glass version of these bottles and have not had a single one leak. Plus the glass is easier to throw in the microwave (we were uncomfortable microwaving these plastic ones so we had an added layer of heating milk). Highly recommend them, but recommend the glass ones even more!

Bought these for my great granddaughter, she would get fussy and gassy after feeding. Started using these bottles and she now will go back to sleep after her feeding, no more spitting up, less crying.

El producto superó mis expectativas, además de que incluye tapas para las mamilas, el chupirn aún no los he probado. Me parece excelente que cuente con tetinas adicionales para seguir usando el producto mientras mi bebé sigue creciendo.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
