I was recently diagnosed with degenerative disc disease I have constant pain whether I sit or stand I'm required to sit a lot at work for computer work. I was very nervous about purchasing a chair so many look good on paper and then you read the reviews in there or not I could tell you that this chair is absolutely worth the money the seat cushion is 4 in thick of memory foam it is extremely sturdy extremely easy to assemble and very comfortable for long periods of time I weigh 285 lb &nearly six feet tall this handles me effortlessly. I am going to be buying a second chair for home use as well I could not be more satisfied or happy with this product.

Assembly was real easy, just take your time and follow instructions. I use this chair while sitting and playing my guitar. I also use the chair in a home office environment...works great. Comfortable, I am 5'9' and about 185 lbs, so the chair works well for me. Rollers are good quality, and seat cushions are well padded. Well engineered product for the money.

How can I get replacement parts? Specifically I need the metal plate thaat goes on the bottom of the seat that the cylinder goes into. The welds broke. I have bought this chair before and like but have had issues with the welds braking. In the past I have gotten it welded but I want a new part.

bought this chair for an employee at my office. within 2 months the bushing had completely worn out and the seat no longer is adjustable height. Would not recommend.

I'm a big guy, 315 lb. Chair is strong and sturdy....If you are using it at a workbench with a cement floor, you should probably get some locking castors...it rolls very easily

Purchased for my garage. Really easy to assemble. Fabric is like a venal but seems to have nice stitching. Back rest is sturdy and has nice angle movement. My lack of five stars is that the backrest sleeve that slides into the seat has only one hole for adjustment, which would be fine for most people, but I would like to set a little further back and lean back a bit more, but that's me in the garage ok. Overall nice chair for money spent.

The stool is overall good and well made except the stitching on the seat. I've used the chair less than 5 times and the stiching in the seat has loosened so much so that every time I sit down you hear the air escaping from it. Very annoying as it isn't likely anyone will send back a chair once they've out it together.
