I had read reviews that said it was kind of small for their kids and I did expect that. My son is 11 but a little big bigger than the average 11 year old. The wig was just a tiny bit small for him but did its intended job and stayed put. I do feel if I got him the adult size it would have potentially fell off. And the wig held up great! The kid wore it like every day for two weeks and still held it's shape. Do not sleep in it (yeah he tried).

The wig came earlier than expected and it fit my 8/9 year old well. It has a tendency to matt up so store it properly.

I followed the instructions to make sure that I got the right size for my son. When I got it, it didn't fit properly. Plus my son said it was too tight on his head, and made his head itchy. It was poorly made, and was just awful. Sad part is I'm stuck with it cause I didn't pay attention to the time to return.So into the garbage it went. Don't get it.
