11CT is 11 counts per inch of fabric.
14CT is 14 counts per inch of fabric.
For the same design, 14CT is smaller than 11CT. But the 11CT’s mesh is larger than the 14CT, more vision-friendly and easier to embroider. 11CT cross-stitch design should be completed with 3-strands thread. One thread is composed of 6 strands, so you need to divide the 6 strands into two 3-strand lines before you work.Please use 3 strands of thread for full stitch and 2 strands for back stitch.

My first time doing a cross stitch, and let me tell you, this is NOT beginer friendly, HOWEVER, it's easy to follow the directions. The yarn quality is good, I haven't had an issue with it yet, but I'm just starting. It's easy to untagle if they get hooked together. For the amount of pink, I don't feel I was given enough black though. Already used up three and still have a lot more pink thenblack left? The pattern is easy to understand, and I know what colors to use and when. The needles that came with it suck, so I'm using my own. Overall I like it so far

This was my very first cross stitch and I absolutely love it. It was really intimidating at first but then I looked it up and understood what to do. After that it was a piece of cake. Really time consuming but fun!

For most of my cross stitch I use numbered, instead of the screenprinted, fabric. Been using numbered cross stitch for many years and I get frustrated with the cheap job done on most printed stuff, because it is not lined up well. This item, however, was lined up perfectly and is easy to use. I would use this company again.

This is a good sewing kit for advanced or moderate experienced people. For beginners it's not gonna help that much. Love this kit

This thing is insane! I am a beginner at cross-stitch. This is the farthest thing from what I would classify as being for a beginner. I put it up for when the day comes I feel I might be able to handle the amount of different colors and stitch pattern of this thing. Though I bet it would be a fun project for a more experienced person
