Very low memory and easy to cast. About 2 feet of heavy dacron to make loops to attatch the leader to tenkara rods would be really nice. They should make a combo pack with a little dacron, some 1 mm tippet rings and this line. All in all it's a good line, and it is nice to be able to cut lines of various lengths. This spool comes with 50% more line than the tenkara brand level line, making it a pretty good deal.

I’ve tried to cheapen out on level line and every time it bites me. I bought a different brand in yellow that was hard to see and even tried Amnesia mono which is also hard to see and a lot of memory compared to this.Now I accept fate and just buy this stuff as I once did for my rods. It’s very very visible, and retains very little of any memory.

Haven’t used this line yet - but like that it a little clearer than my other 3.5 level line - was easy to tie knots with - fished the line yesterday cast real nice & was able to hook & land 5 nice rainbows - line was very good even with ice floating down the river

I got this for my Tenkara rod because I don’t like braided lines. I thought this was going to be more like a short, lightweight (maybe like a 2 weight) fly line but it is actually just a very thin monofilament line - more like leader material. Too expensive for what it is. Returned.
