These shoes are attractive and practical. The exterior is SLIGHTLY OFF-WHITE and has a bit of give to it, but not much. (In other words, they're kind of stiff.) They look very water-resistant. The outer bottom sole is a great rubbery, quiet, non-slip, shock-absorbing material. These shoes aren't overly narrow or overly wide. They accommodate the widest part of my feet (across the ball of my foot). The insole is soft and cushy without being squishy, with just a little arch support. The added upper heel cushioning at the upper heel is GREAT; it's in the perfect spot and is soft, cushy, and keeps the shoe on adequately. I have high arches, so I added some stick-in arch supports, which the shoe accommodated well. I'd say they're mostly true to size; I ordered size 8, and they ALMOST fit. There isn't quite enough width around the big toe for me.The insole is soft and cushy (but not too cushy). But the shoe doesn't fit the bottom of my foot; it lacks the proper angles and support.

My third purchase from this company ! Great shoes! I love the quality and the look. They are inexpensive but VERY nice . Super comfortable. Not important to a lot of people but awesome packaging !! ( family owns a custom packaging company soI always notice !!)

I personally found these to to overall decent flats, they are cute. They are nice for everyday wear and have a dress up or down simplicity. the insole is soft with a little cushion. Unfortunately, these shoes are narrow and not for people that may have issues with bunions or even slight swelling. Super bummed but I will be returning these.

I have been searching for a slip on dressy shoe and this fits the bill. That said I must add, It is a snug fit by the end of the day and I have a skinny foot.

These shoes are so cute it was painful to give them up - almost as painful as it was to wear them.To clarify, I am as a rule more comfortable in a Wide size - but I'm usually able to wear the same size at a normal width without too much discomfort, so I didn't think twice about ordering this pair after checking the length matched up with what usually fits me. Mistake!This is a pair that really needs to be available in a Wide, because the normal width is very narrow in the toes. The length was perfect, but my pinkie toes were crushed painfully the second I put them on, with the rest of that area (from about my instep forward) experiencing some pretty nasty pinching as well. By the time I had gotten down the hall to the kitchen, all of my toes were numb and tingling.That said: I had good balance on the slightly wedged sole, the insole was plush and supportive, and as I mentioned at the start, they were incredibly cute. I think if not for the width they could have been very comfy, and they had just the kind of classy, simple elegance I was looking for in a versatile pair of office shoes. I would also recommend shoes by DREAM PAIRS in general - the other pair of flats I bought (in Wide) were perfect in every respect. If these become available in a Wide, I'd be thrilled to snap up a pair that actually fit me.

Really pretty shoes. But my heels are sensitive and I couldn't wear them. Returned them per Amazon's policy. I purchase a lot from Amazon specifically because the return policy is so easy to manage.After several weeks I got notified that my return had not yet been received. I live in the middle of no where so that did not surprise me.Then I got notified that they got the package but charged me for the purchase because I didn't return what I purchased!I started by using the chat feature on Amazon, very easy by the way. They then offered to call me or use another way to communicate with me. I chose a phone call. They called right away. I simply had to give the order number and the gentleman asked me the problem. I explained what happened and he fixed it right away and I got my refund.I probably shop more on Amazon than I need to. But it is really because I can easily return items if they don't work for me. I will continue to use Amazon because problems are so easily rectified! And again, the shoes are beautiful, true to size and quality. It's my feet that are peculiar and they didn't work for me.

Very comfortable shoe. I ordered a 1/2 size larger and they fit perfect. The only problem I have is that the sides by the angle are high and were rubbing so I purchased Dr. Scholl heel gels and it raised my heel just enough so it is not rubbing on my ankle. Would order again.

I am someone who usually wears clarks shoes for work. These are incredible, so comfy, no rubbing, look a lot more expensive than they are. Very happy, will buy again.
