I was skeptical of the many "Vine Customer Review of Free Product" 5 Star reviews but decided to give this bot a shot. It's far exceeded my expectations. The mapping is great. The suction on hard floors is great. I was concerned going in about the suction on medium pile carpet...but it performs great there too. Mopping is very good too. Only minor complaint is the mopping seems to dribble a little bit and leave small dots of water occasionally..but aside from that. Great vac. The app takes a little bit of getting used to..but is pretty intuitive after a few days.

We’ve been putting off the purchase of a robo vacuum for a few years and finally decided to take the leap with the Dreame L10. We’ve had it working twice a week in our home for almost 3 months now and are truly impressed. It mops and vacuums well and is great for dealing with pet hair. We didn’t realize what we were missing! The Dreame maps and tracks wonderfully. We highly recommend.

This mop vac does not work as it should. I bough this on January 15, 2025. On February 25, 2025 I saw that only one mop pad was working (see photo) so I contacted customer service. They gave me some troubleshooting steps to try, so I did them but they did not fix the problem. I contacted them again to let them know and they say that since I’m outside of the 30 day return window (by 10 days!), I can’t return or get a replacement. So I’ve spend hundreds of dollars on a machine that doesn’t work properly and all they say is “thank you for your understanding”…DON’T BUY THIS.

I have been using this robo vacuum for more than a month now and here is my thought about this product:Cons:1) Price is little higher when I bought it (they have reduced it now buy $40)2) Mopping function use very little qty of water when doing mapping even if you set the mopping status to wet (not a deal breaker)3) Doesn't have dust compression technology which results in occupying full dust container spacePros:1) Very easy to setup and mapping function is quick and effective as compared to competitor2) Very effective to reach corner of the rooms and clean edges of furniture efficiently3) App helps you to divide a room where you donot have complete partition (we were able to create a divider between kitchen and living room since there is no complete partition available as per our home layout)4) It doesn’t tangle hairs into brush and effectively captures everything into trash container5) Trash container lasts for 2-36) You can select multiple cycles of cleaning for each room as long as you separate the room using divider functionality ( more customization available when selecting your cleaning preference)7) Interactive app helps to use the product efficiently8) It goes back to its location when you move your product from first floor to ground floor without switching map in the applicationFinal thoughts: I have already returned 2 robo vacuums belongs to roborock and narwal due their functionality and efficiently. I think This product definitely beats giants like roborock, Narwal and shark. This product provides best value for money. I will highly recommend you to try this product and you will not be disappointed.

This is my third vacuum robot I own from Dreame (I even bought one of my mom). I also had a Shark and a Roomba i7 as comparison. I have two dogs and one cat, no carpets but hardwood floors and ceramic.I rate robots based on the following points (for my personal need extremely important): 1) Accurate mapping; 2) good vacuum suction and ability of vacuuming on edge of furniture; 3) Not getting stuck easily; 4) Good monitoring of its activity in the map. 5) for mops, good mopping; 6) easy scheduling in the appA) I struggled at the beginning because apparently the app I was using was not correct. For my other Dreame, I use Mi Home, while in this case I had to download Dreamehome app. Customer Service was very fast in replying and very supportive (I didn't realize at the beginning of the different app).B) This robot supports only 2.4 Ghz as wifi signal, and many of us have only 5G...so I contacted my internet provider to ask to split the line to give me a 2.4 signal...well they explained me that I just needed to bring the robot as far as possible from the router and the signal in that case would be 2.4...and they were right! Online connection successful.But let's go to the major points.1) Mapping. If I compare the mapping of any Dreame with my Shark of Roomba, Dreame is much more accurate, recognizes easily furniture and objects. It took only 10 min to map the whole main floor, including my couch (showing the areas that could not reach). 5️⃣2) Excellent vacuum, after cleaning the kitchen floor I didn't notice any dirt on the floor. Picked pet's hair very easily as well, going close enough to the furniture to collect dirt on the edges (my roomba doesn't do it). 5️⃣3) In my pictures you can see my kitchen chairs and stools. The Roomba i7 gets continuously stuck on both, very frustrating, I even had to stop the daily cleaning of the kitchen because of this. This Dreame fought with the chair's legs and stools and won. It did not get stuck, I am impressed (but not surprised, the other Dreame has the same performance on obstacles). 5️⃣4) I love how it is easy to monitor the cleaning in the app, you can see it live while it is cleaning, but also after it is done (see picture). 5️⃣5) Mopping...it depends what we compare it to, and our expectations. If you compare it to a regular mop, obviously will not clean as well: it is a small reservoir of water (I use distilled water) with no detergent. But if you compare it to other vacuum mops it does a better job because of the rotating mops instead than a semicircle mop that other robots have. The rotating mops clean and scrub much better than regular vacuum mops. 4️⃣6) Extremely versatile in type of cleaning (only vac, only mop, both; suction power and type of wetness, even how many cycles of cleaning needs to do;) Scheduling was not 100% straightforward (kept on going in default of cleaning room 1-but was easy to delete that job). Just to clarify, I enjoy to learn on how to use an appliance without reading the manual...so probably those 5 min wasted could have been saved by reading the instructions. 4️⃣Cons: So far I did not notice any negative point. Obviously we have a small dustbin and water reservoir, so I would not use it for the whole main floor (for big houses), without monitoring it (at least to add more water). Regardless, I recommend it with no hesitations. 5️⃣

I love it! I I had a Roomba robot in the past, which couldn't handle the challenging task of cleaning my house.The Dreame robot is working better than expected.Using it on a daily basis, and our home is cleaner than ever on a regular basis.Highly recommended!

Buen funcionamiento

Tengo un mes usándola y es excelente, la compré porque tengo un bebé que gatea y siempre tiene que estar limpio. Barre muy bien trapea bien, solo deja las manchas más difíciles. Lo único malo es que no la he podido enlazar con Alexa, pero todo lo manejas con su aplicación.
