Product arrived with two broken parts. This is the second one I bought cuz the first one was not delivered. Now, I’ve got this one but it’s broken and won’t spin correctly. It’s pretty.

Ordered this for my niece. When order came in there were some missing pieces and sent back for a refund. However, they messaged me and asked for my address to send a replacement at NO charge. Excellent product and excellent customer service!!!

First of all, the spinner arrived with two problems: a missing part that connects the stem and a petal on one of the flowers was broken off before I even took it out of the box. Once out of the box, I realized that most of the leaves and petals are attached with very flimsy pieces of metal which I’m sure would break at some point also. Not worth the price! Sent back.

I have no yard, so I “planted†this in a large pot filled with earth and rocks on my terrace.. My terrace is very windy and I’ve had bad experiences with larger and more intricate spinners that flew away in whole or parts. Decided to get a small inexpensive one that was lower to the ground and might last the rest of the summer. Not sure it will. It came with one petal and one leaf already off, and I wasn’t able to glue them on (have no way to weld them). Also, the spinning disks hit the leaves on the posts and make an annoying noise. I’ve tried to bend the touching parts back, but if I do that more, they’ll probably break.

First one wouldn’t spin but replacement works well. So pretty in my yard
