My Dremel oscillating sander became the "little Train that could" with the Dremel MM910 Multi-Max Diamond Abrasive Sandpaper - 60-Grit. It effectively removed the sealer and unwanted paint/stain on concrete. Best for small to medium sized jobs. Eventually the diamond grit does wear out, so you may need more than one diamond pad. This product works well, and I have and would buy it again.

I kept eating through the regular dremel paint sandpaper. Decided to spend the money on what seemed to be a very expensive piece of "sandpaper." This turned out to be a piece of metal with abrasive design. It works very well at striping paint and rust. If you skeptical about the price don't be - it lasts a very long time.
