I was comparing this to the Vornado 733DC since both use DC power instead of AC and are also of similar size. This one has more features while costing considerably less! I've never owned the 733DC but I have no regrets purchasing the Dreo. I looked up online for any videos regarding this specific Dreo circulator and apparently the lowest speed only uses 4 WATTS yet moves A LOT of air (thank you Matthias random stuff).Noise is insanely quiet on the lowest setting and you barely hear the motor running, even on the highest speed. All you hear is just the sound of air being blown. Love the fact that I can use the app, the remote control, or the controls on the base of the stand to change how the fan blows air. It's pretty versatile in that regard, although the app is required if you want to do some fine-tuning.Build quality is fine. Sometimes the fan does creak a little bit when it's turning but it doesn't happen frequently.I do wish the remote control had lights in it, or raised bumps to let me know which button is which if I want to change something in the dark without using the app.So far one of the best purchases I've made since it made my summer a lot more bearable while consuming very little energy.

I recently purchased the Dreo bedroom oscillating fan and it has exceeded all my except expectations! The fan is incredibly quiet even on the highest setting making it perfect for peaceful night's sleep. The oscillation feature ensures that the air circulates evenly throughout the room keeping a cool and comfortable.The remote control is a fantastic additions allowing me to adjust the setting without getting out of bed. The design is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into my bedroom decor. I also appreciate the energy saving mode which help reduce electricity consumption.Overall, this fan is a game changer and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable efficient cooling solution. Worth every penny. It's even better than the Vornado 660 fan that I also owned. I got this over on prime day for a great deal.

TL;DR Amazingly strong and quiet fan with an abundance of features and a very well designed App.I typically opt for cheaper desk fans and keep it maintained for good airflow. Despite trying a Vornado, I reverted to a more economical option, unconvinced of its value. However, on a friend's recommendation, I invested in a $90 Dreo fan, a brand he trusted enough to purchase several units for his home. The motivation? A desire to avoid sleeping in my own sweat on hot Hawaiian nights.The Dreo fan occupies a similar footprint to my previous Lasko model but boasts a sturdier base. I anticipated comparable performance, yet I was astonished by its powerful output. On settings three or four, it matches the Lasko's max intensity, but it can escalate to level nine, revealing dust bunnies previously concealed in my room. Additionally, it features a TURBO mode, which I estimate equates to a level ten, impressively maintaining a low noise profile even at high speeds.The fan offers multiple modes, with Auto being particularly noteworthy. It intelligently adjusts the fan speed in response to the room's ambient temperature. For those inclined to customize further, the accompanying app allows for precise control over fan speeds at various temperatures.A standout app feature is the "Common Angles" setting. It enables the storage of preferred fan positions for quick access. Whether it's directing airflow towards a favorite chair, the kitchen, or a play area on the floor, these presets can be activated with a simple button press.The only drawback, aside from the price, might be the remote's quality. It feels somewhat inferior compared to the rest of the package. However, this is mitigated if one opts to use the app, which offers a more robust experience. Future iterations could benefit from backlit buttons and enhanced functionality.

Hey, it's good looking, powerful, and quiet! But I paid a lot for a fan that is supposedly controllable by an app. After 2 hours of trying to figure why it wouldn't connect and no response from support via the app, I called and was told their servers are down and should be back the next day. Well, 24 hours later and it still won't connect.EDIT: About 48 hours later, the app cam online with no further action from me. Was all set to package it up and return it when their servers finally came back. Hoping this server update not a normal outage, I paid more for a 'smart' fan. So far, this fan is remarkably quiet, regardless of speed, and moves a TON of air. Oscillation is not only horizontal, but remotely configurable for tilt angle, pan angle, and vertical oscillation if you want. This fan was purchased to replace a Honeywell tower fan, that makes terrible clicking noises when it oscillates, among other issues. I DID notice the power cord plug has to be really pushed into the rear of the fan or it will not come on. Hoping I don't have issues I read about in other reviews. Anyone saying this fan is not quiet either has a defective one or has never owned crappy cheaper end pedestal fans that sound like small aircraft.

Love, love, love my Dreo fans! Huge upgrade to the fans we had before. I love the functionality of these fans. I can control not only the air flow but also the way the air circulates vertically and horizontally ( 30,60 or 90 degrees). Good output too! Provides heat relief in no time at all. Also helps to dissipate cooking odor quickly. I also like having control at my fingertips. Finally, it’s lightweight, sturdy, and built well. Good investment and priced right!

Ya antes habÃa puesto una reseña del modelo que solo oscila 90° en vertical, de las pocas quejas que tenÃa en ese ventilador era precisamente que no se podÃa inclinar hacÃa abajo, este nuevo modelo tiene una oscilación de 120° en vertical por lo que se puede inclinar hacia abajo ahora, de lo demás pues poco que agregar, son los mejores ventiladores que he utilizado, buen aire, poco ruido, super personalizables, muy estéticos y aunque son de plástico la construcción se siente bien, espero que sean duraderos porque tiene unos meses que los tengo pero no parece que por ahà vayan a dejar mal la verdad, puedes ajustar los ángulos de oscilación a tu gusto dentro de su rango (120° tanto en vertical como en horizontal), puedes programar ajustes por horario, el modo automático cambia la velocidad del ventilador de acuerdo a la temperatura, puedes encender o apagar el display, etc, es super personalizable por lo que es casi seguro que cumpla con lo que requieras de un ventilador, y es bastante compacto comparado con un ventilador tradicional, en fin, es un excelente ventilador que difÃcilmente decepcione.

Lo puse en un baño donde no tengo aire acondicionado, y ventila perfectamente después de bañarse, es fácil de configurar la app para poderlo usar vÃa remota o con Alexa, creo que hasta ahora no hay nada parecido en el mercado con esa tecnologÃa y funcionamiento tan eficaz, además de la potencia, si es demasiado bueno, muy recomendable.
