This pair of Designer Economy Inter-Fab Grab Rails is made out of stainless steel 304 alloy (1.90" outer diameter tubing and .065" wall thickness) and follows closely the profile of the proven traditional economy Figure Four grab rail. No additional deck is required as the designer rail starts and ends at the same point of the traditional grab rail. These 24" tall rails can replace the economy Figure Four grab rail. Please note that these are 6" shorter than the DR-G3D065 rail. They are perfect for in-ground spas, pool entry areas, swim-outs or use two for pools with in-wall ladder treads. Sturdy and durable with a bright gleaming finish, unbeatable strength and stability that will give you years of trouble free enjoyment. The rail spans 29". Typical setback is 18" from pool wall. Please note that four 4" anchors or four escutcheons do not come with the rails - they will need to be purchased separately. Check your local electrical code to determine bonding requirements. We purchased this for our new pool. Installation was easy. Looks very sleek and unobtrusive. You must be the handy man type, do not attempt to install if you don't know what you are doing! Bit size, drill depth, equipment used is all important for proper installation. Mounting kit is quality. This is a very sturdy permanent handrail. Con: We have a salt water pool and it tends to always be stained by the salt water spots.

These look like they were made for our pool! We added them 2 years after having the pool built. Don’t know why we waited so long! They are beautiful and very sturdy with the anchors That we added. We’re very happy with these!

After looking at numerous hand rails for my new pool, I chose this one as it's unique (like me) and very stylish! My handyman installed it in no time and it will last for years to come! FYI, if you already have your pool deck poured, you DON'T need the recommended items (escutcheons and anchors). My handyman purchased heavy metal "posts" (I don't know the proper term) at Home Depot and placed them inside the rail, securing it directly to the concrete deck.

The design is very attractive and functional. I was able to adapt two flanges to secure same to my pool deck. This was not as involved as the recommended installation. Good product. Thanks.
