I love these pins. However, just be careful that you don’t get one of them under your sewing machine needle. The top is made of very hard plastic. I accidentally hit one with my needle on my embroidery machine and it damaged my automatic thread cutter. Wasn’t a huge deal Because I was able to bring it in and get it fixed under warranty but lesson learned, I should have kept my pins farther away from the needle. I still love these pins because they are so sharp, flat and easy to use. I have not stopped using them and will continue to use them.

These pins suit my personal aesthetic and my sewing style. I like a long and relatively thin pin for quilting and these are not extra fine, but still work for me. I also like a cute sewing pin and these fit the bill. I am disappointed that some of the numbers are not printed clearly or seem to be smudged, but I’ll make do. So far, I’ve used these for regular quilting applications and also to mark my row numbers as I piece (so I don’t mix them up and inadvertently ruin the color scheme/pattern that took hours of rearranging on the quilting board to achieve). A few of the pins are not so smooth, but I am overall pleased relative to my expectations for this brand and price.

I always had a hard time with remembering my rows. Now I can because of these numbered pins. I even gave a set to my daughter to use. These are really going to help me. Love the look of the pins. Shipping and packing was good. Thanks

I use these primarily for machine sewing, and they're perfect. They're quite long, and quite thin, so they don't get in my way if I'm sewing something that has to be pinned as I sew. The yellow tabs make them very easy to handle, and also, I can find them easily if I drop one on the floor! They're quite fine, so I imagine over time/use I'll end up bending them but I will replace if/when that happens. Good price, plenty of pins, quite happy with them!

These pins are long and thin, no burs and the numbers help identify quilting pattern pieces and the directional markings help when you have inverted pieces. They help speed up piecing a block. There is enough in the box for working on more than one project.

Great pins. They are long and sharp. Good for tacking down quilt bindings. They do bend a bit but that’s what I like about them as it makes it easier to pin. The tops don’t really look like butterflies thou so if you are ordering for that reason don’t bother.
