I use this tape all the time and it hasn't gotten at all damaged or started having threads come loose like some cloth measuring tapes do. The material is super flexible and easy to use with no sharp edges that might irritate when measuring against skin. The color is a super gorgeous blue that makes it easy to spot in a bag.

I bought a pair of these Dritz tape measures in 5 ft. and 10 ft. sizes. Rather than using them for sewing, I find them very handy to use in the workshop. It's nearly impossible to get an accurate measure on a curved surface with a carpenter's metal tape measure. They aren't made to bend. These new style tapes are more durable than the old cloth sewing tapes, and they don't stretch. They are handy, inexpensive, and represent a great value. I intend to buy a few for my wife to replace her old cloth Dritz tapes.

It’s made of thic but flexible plastic, it’s very durable and I am known to destroy these within a few uses. I’ve had it for a few months now and still no sign of wear and tear. I love it

I love this tape measure. It's beautiful, study, clearly marked, and holds up very well. This is the second one I've bought because I have one in the bag I take to my quilting group and one that stays close to my cutting table. I highly recommend it.

I like the weight of it, very light and easy to pack, when looking for lengths of fabric... in stores when you need to get in and out quick, thanks to Covid.
