My form base was plastic and didn’t have wheels so it was difficult to move. Once I changed the base for this one moving it around the room was very easy. This has made my life easier.

I bought a Dritz Sew You mannequin a few years ago. The "feet fins" soon broke. Anna-Maria (yes, I named her) was so sad because she couldn't help me sew and hem as she wanted to. When I saw this product I ordered it. Anna-Maria and I are back in business! My only complaint is that there are no measurement markings on the pole. Oh, well. I'm still very happy. It was assembled in a couple of minutes, and is well worth the price.

These are surprisingly well built.Please note that I would have given 5 starts, 4 because they are not compatible with many dress forms.My bad for not paying more attention to that.

I love this base! My plus size Dritz Twinfit is sooooo awesome! Nice and sturdy! Easy to install! I love it. I wish my mannikin (her name is Bertha) came with this instead of that troublesome tripod. Great product!
