Installation Steps:
Use a crowbar to pry the old glass together with the plate;
Unplug the pins which connect the old glass;
Put the pins into the new glass;
Put the plate align with the steering gear, and press it on the center.

GOOD PRICE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR THIS MIRROR IS BAD I MEAN REALLY BAD YOU CANT EVEN LOOK AT IT IT IS ALL BLURRY LIKE BEING ON DRUGS TRYING TO LOOK AT IT.

I give these two stars because they somewhat work although the mirror itself has waves and looks like it's got deficiencies. I will be replacing these with the more expensive ones. These were cheap and it shows.
