Nice just having these to pop into all my dehydrated foods. I try to dry things really well so they will remain shelf-stable so this is an assurance that moisture won’t accumulate.

I used this for food storage and keeping food fresh and dry goods dry. I like how they keep humidity out. They last and the bags have not thorn. Not much of a scent to them. Very easy to use. Haven't had them long enough for the color changing.

These silica gel packets are great for protecting small items. I used them for plaster ornaments that I was selling. Last year I had people buying them as soon as they were made and the plaster would ‘sweat’ inside the bag as it finished curing. So this year I placed a silicone packet inside each bag and the plaster stayed dry with no visible condensation.I have also used these for household applications. They’re great for putting in the spice cupboard so powdered spices don’t clump. I also put them in all the nooks and crannies of my community library box to help prevent mold.
