Bag was packed in a box and outer plastic bag but still had a small hole where the bag had been damaged prior to putting it in the outer bag. The product is made in China so damage was there. This is an expensive product so would expect better quality control. The plastic looks thick enough but the small hole defeats the purpose for which it is used. Shipment was prompt and return was okay so I gave it three stars instead of one.
