We got these to use on a Polaris Ranger tailgate. They fit and work perfectly for this. The cables are not very thick, but for the ranger, they are perfect as that isn't a tailgate designed for especially heavy items anyway.

I recently ordered this pair of tailgate cables to replace the ones on my trusty '94 GMC.
