I attempted to use these screws for my ninebot max, as I read another review saying they worked as a replacement and were shorter but they did fit. Opening the package ( Which, should've noticed by looking closely at the picture ), but the hex key provided is not even the size needed for the screws? The hex hey is too small. I fortunately had the right size to screw them into place and it seemed to fit into my scooter well, I got them tight, but I took the scooter for a ride and the screws I replaced fell out before I made it home. This was not a good product experience.

Good fitting replacement screw but it's shorter than original Segway screw.

The product states specifically 10 screws for the scooters. Only came with 5. Beware!
