Very entertaining. The audio is a little tough to understand but my toddler loves it

This toy is a lot of fun and is educational. It makes real dinosaur sounds and is just the right height for toddlers. Even older kids like to get in on the fun.

This won't turn on or function at all despite my best efforts.

This table toy is roaring good fun for my dinosaur loving little ones!!! It is assembled easily and is easy to play. It is smaller than we expected, but is a good size for my toddlers. We personally like it better without the legs on it, it is more stable and easier to play with. This takes batteries and has many different languages. It asks you to pick a language each time you turn it on which is a bit annoying. It is a little glitchy in that you have to keep choosing each time you complete a game and it can get repetitive, especially since my toddler needs help with this. However my kids really enjoy playing with this for fairly long periods of time (We play with it awhile and then I put it away for a few days, getting it back out later so that they retain their interest in it)The hammers are cute and this works fairly well. It can get a bit loud playing, but my kids are interested, having fun and engaged and that is what matters to me.This would make a fun gift for a dino loving child.

First of all, this is a fun concept - a whack-a-mole game with dinosaurs! It is fun with a few shortcomings. It is about lap sized which I didn’t realize when ordering but may be an advantage when storing. However the size may make it a less impressive gift in some viewpoints so check to see if that is ok with you. You can use it with legs that raise it up about 8 inches or so or without, flat on the ground. The fact that the legs are removable also helps in storing. The lightweight plastic mallets can fit upright into the game board to store. I like that there are two volume settings. What I dislike: so far I have not figured out a way not to have to choose the language each time it is turned on (confusing for the younger ones), the game mode abbreviation choices are not intuitive; the speaker sound is ok for dinosaur “roars†and effects but the voice is distorted. Since the voice is somewhat distorted the learning mode by dinosaur name is less than optimal. There are a couple pretty complicated dinosaur names. On the whole, the 4 and 6 year old kids who tried it out had fun and I am looking forward to trying it out against another adult. Who doesn’t love whack a mole? Be advised: it’s pretty lightweight overall so we’ll see how long it lasts.

My boys love dinosaurs and this was the perfect gift for them. They are 7 and 4 and really enjoy playing this together. And what a great game for 30 bucks. It has eight speeds, three games, and speaks in six different languages (I am teaching the boys Spanish at home, so sometimes we play using that language. The table is durable and has withstood some pretty heavy whacking. It does take batteries, which in this day and age of rechargeable toys I kind of a drag, but they do last a decent amount of time. All in all, this is a super fun and educational toy for your little dino fan.

As might be expected, playing this with a 3-year-old boy who is holding a mallet involves a lot of wonderful chaos and fun. Setup is easy, jury is still out on durability. But for now, I'd suggest diving in and making sure you play enough rounds with the little ones so that they can play it among themselves once you need to go mix yourself a cocktail and calm down. Once the dust settles, I may glue some coworker faces on the dinosaurs, commandeer a mallet, and get back down on it.
