Looks and feels of very good quality. May not be as smooth as other waterproof box calls, but once you get the feel of it you'll be alright. I appreciate the different sound compared to the other waterproof calls (I like to keep two boxes on me.)

In Oregon, we haven't been turkey hunting all that long, but they are beginning to really thrive & populations are exploding here.I've hunted 'beards' in other places tho, for most of my life & a simple, tried-&-true call for birds is a good box-call.This one is just what it says it is. It doesn't want to be anything else, it doesn't get you on tv, it doesn't make you coffee... it just calls birds. It's not aggressive, it's not hands-free, it's not a great many things. BUT what it is, is simple.It's what works!

Great sound to this box call, nothing can come close to it hands down. Called in a Tom from 300 yards away for my dad. First turkey for him ever, great buy.

It works, but would be better if it came with chalk because it won’t be very loud or smooth sounding without it. I love Buck Commander and will still be a fan, but this is kind of a cheap product and I think they could do a little better. Just pay some more money and get one worth your money.
