Sound quality: Can't complain. No issues after months of use.Quality of Material: Nice braided cable. Doesn't feel cheap or easily breakable? As far as I can tell, there's no plastic.Value for money: No hesitation. Bought a 2nd for another setup. Hindsight is you could always wish to spend less money but the cost far outweighs the value and quality of life improvements within my setups.It feels like those smaller gold-plated 1/4in to 3.5mm adapters don't last long or work well so I got this.In my work setup, I now have my audio interface a few feet away from me and use this product to loop behind my desk and back up right next to my keyboard (which I secured to the keyboard cable using the product's including velcro strap). This also makes it extremely easy to switch between some open-back headphones or my IEMs.After using this product for a few months with no problems, I decided to buy a 2nd pair.For the recording setup, I use this product as an extension for monitoring headphones for the musician. No more restrictions against headphones with short cables.

The cable performs well, it’s clean and built well. My only complaint is it seems to be hard to find headphone extension cables that are built thicker and heavier. For the price and build quality, these guys make pretty good cables that perform well.

I am a stickler when it comes to quality sound. I don't care what brand it is, how much it costs, or how a it looks; I just want the best sound quality possible in my ears. When the church I work at purchased Behringer P-16's for our in-ear system I thought they were unforgivably terrible. No matter how much I tweaked my mix, it always felt congested and thin, like the whole band was playing together in a 10'x10' cardboard box. And while yes, in all honesty, the P-16 is not a great sounding in-ear mixer, this cable made me like it so much more. People may scoff and try to tell you that nobody can really hear the difference between two cables, but they are wrong! Buy one and A/B it against anything else. The difference is undeniable! My jaw literally physically dropped open the first time I swapped the DuKabel with what we were using before. The low end came to life and at the same time all of that congestion in the lower-mids cleared up. It felt like the soundstage nearly doubled in size. Usually as the soundstage increases vocals and guitars tend to lose some of their presence because they dominate the mids. That was not the case here. Vocals were fuller and more present and it was easier to get separation between them and guitars without having to pan everything hard left and right. There was also a lot more air on the top end without adding any harshness.I know I sound crazy, but it wasn't just me. Everyone else in the band noticed a marked improvement too and were saying things like, "My mix is so good this week! I love whatever you did." The only thing that had changed was the cable. There is far less signal loss than with any other cable I've tried, and believe me, I've gone through a ton of them because headphone extenders tend to break so easily and often. We use these multiple times a week and they take a fair amount of abuse, but NOT ONE cable has had an issue so far. Before we had these, it felt like I was replacing an extender every two weeks.The DuKabel Top Series has the best build quality I've seen to date. My only wish is that they came in black and I would love to see a PVC jacket option for a better flexibility. Not worth complaining about though. These things are built to last!

I bought Sennheiser 560S headphones and they now have a 1.8M cable instead of 3M.This cable worked a treat to extend that cable to 4.2M.Good sound, solid build and flexible - recommended

I burn through 1/4inch to 1/8inch adaptor jacks (for my headphones to mixer) like no tomorrow, and the failure point always seems to be housing of the jack coming loose.With this product since there is a cable portion in-between the 2 connector points, it seems that the cable relieves most of the strain and there is very little tension on the 1/4inch jack housing.Been using this one for months and still going strong!
