I've previously had several other brands of this same type adapter - and each of the others quickly failed, with the same problem - the internal connection inside 1/4" female end of the adapter became loose and intermittent when I'd plug in the 1/4" male headphone plug - and would only work if I either held the adapter's 1/4" inch female end and the headphone's 1/4" plug tightly together with my hand or in some instances held them slightly apart with my hand - but in either case, the audio would drop out unless I would continue to hold the adapter's 1/4" female end and the headphone's male plug together at either "extreme" of the wobbly connection between the two. I had this problem with each of the OTHER (i.e. non Dukabel) brand (and "unbranded") of these adapters I've tried. And I have had this problem with them with each of my three headphones, so I know the problem has been with each of these OTHER adapters, not with the 1/4" plug on any of my headphones. Note, you can find many instances of this exact same problem reported in the comments on most of these adapters, OTHER than the Dukabel adapter. In contrast, so far I have not had this problem with the Dukabel adapter. Moreover, on first opening the Dukabel's package, it became clear that it appeared to be of superior construction compared to the others - heavier duty, metal not plastic, etc. The internal connection between the Dukabel adapter's 1/4" female end and the 1/4" headphone plug "snaps" in positively and without any wobble, audio dropout or need to hold anything in place. Should this change, I'll repost - but so far, so good with respect to the Dukabel!

The title says it all. I needed a cable for my QT40 RADIODDITY Radio to connect to s JBL speaker for my radio room. Flawless looks like it will last along time. Thank you for getting it to really fast. The sound that comes out of my radio is incredible. As you know easy to plug and play.Great price also.I paid for this with my own monies and NO one paid me for this review.I hope I help someone out.Thanks again I needed it fast and Amazon got it here.

This is a simple adapter and simply works. I connect it to my receiver, then attach my laptop via a 25ft cable, and anything I send out to this output sounds so nice; so nice.

These are the best functioning 1/4 to 1/8 TRS adapters I’ve found so far. I collect vintage headphones and these types of things are a necessary evil if I want to use older cans with a computer or phone. Good connection on a wide range of older 1/4 jacks, and no issues with positional sensitivity.

My dictionary doesn’t have pictures, but if it did, under the entry ‘German cable’ it would have a picture of this.Everything we like about German audio (and indeed cars!) is here. Great engineering, premium build quality, flawless performance.And at a very competitive price for what you get.I’ve bought several Dukabel products in the last few months and they always exceed my expectations.Highly recommend.
