These seem to be good luggage racks. The process of assembling them was easier than for an Ikea product, but tedious. The instructions are small diagrams without text. There are a pair of ribbons attached underneath the fabric "shelf" that aren't shown in any of the diagrams, which is baffling. Every piece was in its own plastic bag, which seems an unnecessary use of plastic. They are sturdy when assembled, though a bit small. When our guests come, we'll find out if they can hold up a big bag.

I had gotten this same rack previously from SONGMICS but they didn't had it available when I ordered so I got this one instead from Dunatou. It's basically the exact same thing, but with a matte finish, which I actually like more. Packaging was not excessive, just right, and assembly was a breeze, except for one piece of the horizontal tubes, which came with a linear extrusion inside its walls that made it so that the connecting piece could not slide in, unlike the rest. Tried filing it to no avail, then had to force it in with a hammer. No damage was done in the process, and the thing is sturdy and does its job. Good luck not getting a bad piece tho.

I've never purchased anything I couldn't assemble. I'm thinking they didn't send me the correct parts, but based on other similar reviews they have a serious quality problem. After spending 2 unsuccessful hours trying to assemble this - I give up! I'm returning this item.9/22 update: I purchased the same exact item from another seller. The instructions were slightly different and I was able to assemble it without problem.
