I’ve ordered a few items from Arkansas Musicworks and had no issues. My last order though arrived already opened. When I took the frets out of the packaging, the bag had been torn open and taped back together. I counted out 24 frets and everything seemed in order but I paid for a new item, not full price for a customer return. I’ve since gone through CB Gitty for my last few fret jobs and I’ll probably stay with them. By way of comparison, the Dunlop Accufrets from AM are $19.99; I’m getting Jescar stainless steel from CBG for $11.99
