These are accurately described and likely serve their intended purpose well. Along with a set of Lacross and Raquetballs, I primarily use these Squash balls for therapeutic finger and hand exercises, as well as for massaging sore feet and muscles. Their firmness and resilience make them an excellent choice for these uses.

As a new player to squash these balls have a really nice spring to them. They are definitely forgiving and make for a great game between beginning players. Definitely recommend these to start over the yellow dots or double yellow dots.

Bought it for the family as an intro to squash and they really had workout from this bouncy ball. Had them test the Pro one (two yellow dots) for awareness purposes and let's just say they like this one way better =D.
