Needed to replace springs on gate latch after storms took down several tree limbs and those limbs messed up my "old" springs when passing through for bulk pickup. A bit tricky to get closed so would stay .....need tiny pliers. Have used for other replacements. Work well.

Fixed both of the gate latches in my back yard easily. I tried a different spring first that was only 1/4" bigger and it was not enough tension. So remember, size matters. If you have a spring you are replacing, make sure to measure end to end and get the same size. If not, I suggest buying a set with multiple sizes. It was really tough on one gate because the latch was tight to the post. I fought it with just a pair of needle nose pliers. But having a screwdriver as a pry tool would have been smart too.

Bought for fence latch since old one rusted. Out in the winter right now and no signs of rusts yet but if it does I got a pack to burn thru

We bought these to replace springs on on a tarp that covers building supplies. They are easy to use and install. The stretch is enough to hold everything tight and allows for easy attachment.
