Dura Heat 125,000 BTU Forced Air Propane Heater, CSA Certified, Heats Up To 3,200 Sq Ft Area, Steel Construction & Brass Burner Nozzle - Outdoor Heaters for Garage, Jobsite & Construction Sites The Dura Heat Forced Air Heater is the ultimate solution for efficient and reliable heating in large indoor and outdoor spaces. Designed with both power and durability in mind, this propane space heater delivers a high BTU output ranging from 70,000 to 125,000, making it perfect for heating areas up to 3,200 square feet. Whether you're working in a garage, workshop, or on a construction site, this large area space heater provides consistent heat for worker comfort, curing concrete, or drying drywall. The Dura Heat heater uses a low-pressure propane system, which is more durable than the competitor's high-pressure models. This low-pressure design minimizes wear and tear on fittings and hoses, making it a more reliable and low-maintenance solution. The high-quality sealed motor generates superior wind speed, allowing for better heat distribution across larger areas, ensuring the environment stays warm even in challenging conditions. For safety, the Dura Heat Forced Air Heater is CSA Certified, meaning it has been rigorously tested to meet safety standards for use in all weather conditions, including rain and wind. The indestructible brass burner nozzle provides superior durability compared to stamped stainless steel nozzles, ensuring long-lasting performance. Additionally, the electric ignition system allows for quick and easy startup, while the adjustable base stand and fold-down handle make portability a breeze. With a 6-foot power cord, 10-foot propane hose, and regulator included, this heater is ready to use right out of the box. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, this propane forced air heater is an ideal choice for anyone needing efficient, high-performance heat in demanding environments.

a little smaller than the area I heat, but it handles it well, makes a tad bit of noise, but warms the place up, a little smaller than the ones that use fuel, but really like it, one thing to note, the ignition spark unit works all the time- I thought it was a defect till I called tech support- they said it sparks all the time...Hopefully it will last- it is a nice unit,I should have gotten the largest one, but the 40-60k warmed up a 35x35 area from 10f to 50 in about 30 minutes the first day I got it....light small, and will fit all grill tanks with the newer valve on top - the one that has threads on the inside as well as outside..BTW save money and have refilled at a Tractor Supply or likewise place- they fill the tank all the way and are a little over half the price of an exchange tank, which you only get 3/4 of a tank.

I've tried electric heaters in the garage but about all they do is run up the bill. Plus they take a lot of amps so it reduces what I can actually use in the garage. So I thought I'd give this a try. I already had the propane tank. Incredibly easy to set up and turn on. It does require electricity for the fan but that takes a lot less than the heating element in an electric heater. My garage has an open ceiling to the rafters with vents in the roof but I still don't let it run that long. I also have a carbon monoxide detector just to be sure all is safe. I'm only interested in taking the chill off not make it short sleeve comfortable. It is loud, like a jet engine, too. Has a good length of hose to keep it away from the propane take. It works well enough for what I need. The starter wire is always on and in the flame. We'll see how long that lasts. I notice this isn't available as I write this. Hope that's not a bad sign...

This worked so well after our patio cushions got wet from rain and then it kept us warm in the pop up later. Great product -wish I'd sprung for one earlier!

I like this small heater. It is easy to use and a great size for a smaller area, like my 24x24 shop. Some reviews say it is too loud. Having worked around construction sites with commercial-size torpedo heaters, this one isn’t loud. So why only three stars? They tell you it is compatible with a typical 20lb propane tank (bbq grill, patio heater, etc.), which have QCC style connectors. But it comes with an incompatible POL hose connection. If you don’t have an adapter laying around, you can’t use the heater right out if the box. If you aren’t familiar with this, just look for a typical 20lb tank guage on Amazon. Most will have not just the large QCC male threads (like your bbq tank), they’ll also have finer female threads on the inside. That’s for the POL hose fitting they provide.

Easy right out of the box to ignite. I have ran a tank of fuel through it and no issues whatsoever. I believe it is of geat quality

This propane heater really works good. I live close to the ocean and it gets cold and damp in my metal garage, this unit warms up my garage and keeps everything dry.

This is a very nice propane heater. I needed something to quickly heat up my non-insulated 2 stall garage in the winter. I was able to heat the garage 25 degrees in just over an hour on the highest setting with snow on the ground outside while using a ceiling fan to help circulate the air. This heater has exceeded my expectations and I plan to use it often when I need to do some work in the garage. I plan to supplement this with two electric space heaters once the garage gets to the desired temperature to save on the propane usage. This is a forced air heater and it does produce some noise when in use but the heater works so well it outweighs this. Would buy again!!

This DuraHeat Forced Air Propane heater was bought to defrost the snowmobile in the garage after it's clogged up with snow on those big power days. Had initially purchased a Kerosene heater through a local retailer but that was a mistake. Not only did the Kerosene heater not ignite, it would have been a chore to try and maintain annually. Also the smell of kerosene is not all that pleasant. The DuraHeat has none of the issues that the Kerosene heater had. It's a breeze to ignite, comes with a long supply hose allowing you to position it well away from the propane tank and it puts out a lot of heat. Melting clogged up snow from all the nooks and crannies of the sled is super fast, within 1/2 hour the job is done, even in a -2C garage. We roll the sled onto a tarp and tent it with another tarp creating a tent and direct the hot air from the DuraHeat into the sled tent. Really happy with this purchase, we did not need the variable heat or even higher heat, this works perfectly.
