I recently purchased this sandpaper for use on my pneumatic DA sander. I found that it sticks well and lasts a long time. Although it seems a bit more aggressive than similar grits at first, it still leaves a nice surface. I wish it was slightly more flexible for use on a soft backing pad for curves, but it works great for blocking out large flat areas.

These were well beyond my expectations in a ceramic abrasive psa disc. Tried them, and will be ordering more.

Good adhesive, nice selection of grits and they perform comparable to 3m!Fair price for what you get.

I have a drill press based sharpening system for my chisels. It's an incredibly fast & easy way for me to keep them nice and sharp and cutting easily. These adhere perfectly to the acrylic discs, and the ceramic grit cuts very well. I have 4 different grits on opposite sides of 2 discs, so I can quickly go from a badly damaged edge to a finely honed one in a minute or so. Pretty incredible- quick, easy, effective, and there's minimal cleanup. No sloppy waterstone slurries and messes to deal with. Just vacuum up the dust with a shop vac.

I have a really gotten to like Dura-gold products. I’ve been painting ,doing bodywork, finishing work and that kind of thing for many many years , have used all the big names, Norton, 3M, and many more that don’t come to mind right now. At this point, Dura-gold has gotten in my mind to be on par with them. I have no problem anytime I see a Dura-gold product and if I need what they are offering, I purchase it. For these discs, what I really like about these is instead of having them on a big sticky roll. They’ve got individual pieces that have a backing that come off each one so they’ll age better in the box without them possibly aging out and going bad.

I learned a long time ago that cheap sandpaper is a waste of money. Unfortunately the high end name brand stuff has gotten really expensive. I've been using Dura-Gold discs for about 4 years. It's honestly not as good as 3M or Norton, but I think it's still a good value. I'm not sure if this purple ceramic abrasive is any better than the standard yellow aluminum oxide, but they're only $2 more for a box of 50 so they're worth a try.
