Bought this power bank Lantern to use with power outages.Very well made, it has different levels of brightness which is a bonus.I was disappointed there were no directions enclosed to explained how to use the Lantern. Had to find another user who bought one, he explained to me how to use it as well as safety issues while using it.I see on a few other buyers said they also did not receive any instructions with their Lantern.Very pleased with this purchase on the ease using it and the looks of the large Lantern.Of course it was the price that sold me!!☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered two of these lanterns. They are about as large an the old single mantle Coleman Lanterns. Surprisingly, they weighed only a few ounces. The illumination is VERY bright at the brightest mode (1). Dropping a couple of modes (3) to a dimmer, but still very bright illumination provides a much long burn time before having to recharge the batteries. I chose these lanterns as they use rechargeable batteries over a similar size listed LED lantern that used disposable "D" batteries

This lantern offers astoundingly bright light. Excellent for camping, going to the barn at night, for use in a power outage, etc. The light is so bright you can even read by it. The handle is perfect, and I usually hang the lantern on a hook in the barn, where it illuminates the whole barn. The only problem I have had with these -- and I have owned several -- is that the on/off button consistently falls off, and then you have to dig your finger into the opening where the on/off mechanism is and turn the lantern on and off that way. This is not always comfortable and doesn't always work on the first try. It seems like a very silly -- and fixable -- problem for such an otherwise well-constructed lantern, and I wish the manufacturer would remedy this problem.

I live in CA and in a canyon. We experience outages more than once a month. I have a Tesla wall backing up the Fridge and internet but the rest of the house is very dark at night. I bought some smaller lanterns but needed something bigger for the kitchen, bathrooms etc. and purchased these. They throw out a lot of light making getting around and lighting the area their in brighter and more functional. Glad I bought them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have purchased many things from Amazon over the years... This by FAR is the WORST purchase I have made! When I purchased it I thought this would be a handy work light or emergency lighting situation... I let it charge up and it initially was a pretty powerful light... I bought it in September I believe? It is NOW December and it will not hold a charge.... It is advertised as a good way to charge your phone in an emergency and it will not even hold enough charge to function as a light. The quality of the light is of the cheapest calibre and the quality of the lighting that it provides is not even as good as the flashlight on my phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
